About The Book
To be a cutting-edge business, you need to have the ability to continuously grow, create value and adapt expeditiously as needed and as planned.
Durability is about developing and utilizing insight and capabilities in the current and in a volatile / uncertain forward-looking customer/buyer world of evolving preferences.
The business community, especially in the U.S, generally operates in a world where business is done by pursuing a short-term goal of quarterly profit reporting as the driving force. This can lead to mediocrity and complacency. Contrast that with the goal of establishing lifecycle (year-over-year) durability as the measure of a successful business, even for startup businesses.
“The Quest for Durability”, featuring The Business Puzzle Method® approach, represents The New Standard for Business Development.
Foundation principles are based on building and maintaining Lifecycle Durability Focused Business Models (LDFBM) that add substance to your business’s operations and planning process. “The Quest for Durability” presents solutions for your business to succeed and increase business lifecycle longevity. It’s about creating a blueprint and path for long-term success for startups, expansion companies and mature businesses looking for additional profitable growth”
It is important to have the right validated value creation strategic plans and tactics of execution to fit the needs of your business at each phase in your business’s growth lifecycle.
It is about turning insight, knowledge and understanding into action. Start with believing that change is good, as long as your business model is constantly updated to comply:
- To fit market demand
- To adhere to evolving target markets and customer preferences
- To constantly introduce productivity improvements
- To keep business models fresh and viable
Change produces endless opportunities. Durable business development plans are the result of always operating in a growth mode to address these opportunities. That is the formula to reach and maintain lifecycle durability with justifiable business valuation.
